About Alex qualified with a MTech: Chiropractic from the University of Johannesburg in 2011 and did her dissertation on the effectiveness of heat therapy and ice therapy on neck pain. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour society. Alex is a family chiropractor, wanting to improve the health and happiness of the entire family. She noticed very good results when working on babies and children, which led to her doing a course in paediatric chiropractic through the Anglo-European college of Chiropractic. Alex works with babies, children, athletes, parents and grandparents. Alex always strives to enhance her knowledge further to ensure she can give you, and your family, the best quality care. She also enjoys working with pregnant woman, as pain and disability should not be prominent in a natural process like pregnancy. About Dr Rebecca Marsden has had a passion for medicine, health and wellness since she was a child. She graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic (with distinction) in early 2020. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiology, at the University of Witwatersrand in 2013. She has had two years of clinical experience working at the University of Johannesburg Chiropractic Clinic. Here, she got the opportunity to work at the Ethembeni Children’s home in Doornfontein gaining practical experience treating children and babies. Rebecca loves the outdoors and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2018. Dr Marsden has a special interest in treating athletes. She had the privilege of accompanying a team of cyclists to the ABSA Cape Epic and Joberg2c mountain biking stage races in 2019. During her time as a student chiropractor she was a member of the Student Chiropractic Sports Council and worked at numerous sporting events such as the 947 cycle challenge and Nelson Mandela marathon. Dr Marsden has a holistic approach to health and well-being and aims to improve quality of life through chiropractic by reducing the risk of injury, optimising performance and restoring movement and function for every patient that she sees.

About Before becoming a Chiropractor, Dr Glover had a passion for playing squash and represented Gauteng at a provincial level for many years. After getting treated for a recurrent injury with a Chiropractor, it ignited a passion for the profession and she pursued her new found dream to become a Chiropractor. Dr Kirsten graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic in early 2020. Dr Glover has a passion for people and her goal is to improve quality of life and help the body function at optimum by using a multimodal approach, addressing the many aspects of injury. Dr Glover is a family based Chiropractor who also has a special touch with athletes and the elderly.
